Location: The Pullman Albert Park – Exhibition Space

Time: 5pm – 7pm

Ticket: Included in your registration. Additional tickets are $80.00 and can be purchased through the registration form.

Kick off #ANZFSS2025 by mingling with peers and delegates. This casual setting is a great way to begin the Symposium for what is sure to be a great week!

ANZFSS Social Night – Into the Jungle

Join us as we step “Into the Jungle” for a night of wild adventure, fascination and endless mystery. Immerse yourself in an enchanting world where every discovery unfolds through a foundation of captivating stories and inspires groundbreaking and innovative ideas. Join us in your finest jungle costume as we embrace the boldness of the jungle!

Date: Tuesday, 14 October

Location: Moon Dog Doglands, 685 La Trobe St Docklands

Time: 7pm to 11pm onwards, drinks and canapes included. Drinks at own expense after 11pm

Buses: Pre-purchase your tickets at $20.00 through the registration form. Buses will depart from the Pullman Albert Park to Moon Dog Doglands from 6:30pm. Return buses from Moon Dog Doglands start at 9:45pm

Ticket: Please note that the Social Night is a ticketed event. Tickets for both the event and for buses are available for purchase through the registration form. Tickets to the social night are $95.00. Please note that the event ticket does not include a bus ticket. Bus departure times are currently being negotiated.

Gala Dinner

Date: Thursday, 16 October

Location: Flemington Racecourse, 448 Epsom Rd, Flemington

Entry Points: It is strongly recommended that delegates access the racecourse via Leonard Crescent and to enter the venue via the Grandstand. Event attendants will be available to assist with directions.

Time: 7:30pm – 11:30pm

Buses: Buses are free please RSVP through the registration form. Buses will drop you off in front of the main grandstand. A bus schedule will be provided shortly.

Tickets: Included in your registration. Additional tickets for partners and guests can be purchased via the online registration form for $180.00

Attire: Formal Cocktail

End #ANZFSS2025 on a high note at the Gala Dinner, hosted at the iconic Flemington Racecourse. Dress to impress for the Gala Dinner for an evening filled with drinks, a sit down dinner and dance into the night. The Gala Dinner is the perfect was to end #ANZFSS2025 and celebrate what is sure to be a great Symposium.
